Responsibilities of the Service Coordinator include, but are not limited to: Schedules and dispatches shop field service techniciansAssigns duties to service technicianPrepares quotes on service jobsEnters sales orders for service jobsOrders parts for service jobsAssigns labor to service jobsInvoices service jobsEnsures that service jobs are progressing according to schedule Qualifications of the Service Coordinator include, but are not limited to: 2+ years’ experience in, preferably combined shop and field, pump service and fabricationPrevious and current Mechanics encouraged to applyAbility to motivate team and accomplish goalsBroad knowledge and experience in the industryKnowledgeable of computers and technologyExcellent skills in both verbal and written communicationAbility to work both independently and within a team Additional Information Pay: $25.00hr - $40.00/hr, DOE Physical Demand: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Working Conditions: Office and shop environment Training/Certifications: N/A Shift Time/Overtime: Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm; Occasional Overtime Travel: Minimal local travel Education: High School Diploma Location: USA:TX:Corpus Christi DXP offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time regular employees, normally working a minimum of 30 hours per week, including: medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account, paid holidays, life and disability insurance, and additional supplemental benefits.
