About the role

This is a great opportunity to support the Operations Manager, Superintendents, and Field Staff. The Service Coordinator will be involved in a variety of activities supporting the Milwaukee Field Teams and Ahern’s customer base, including scheduling, dispatching technicians, running weekly and monthly trending reports, forecasting labor, and maintaining and answering questions regarding Maintenance Contracts.

You will spend a good portion of your time providing exceptional customer service to both internal (Field) and external customers, requiring excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills. You will also be an integral part of dispatching field technicians to service calls throughout the week.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Operations Manager, Superintendents, and Field Staff
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians
  • Run weekly and monthly trending reports
  • Forecast labor needs
  • Maintain and answer questions regarding Maintenance Contracts
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Handle incoming service calls and respond to customer requests, including invoicing and billing questions
  • Obtain customer purchase orders
  • Schedule field labor

Requirements

  • Three to five years of prior experience in a customer service-related industry
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills
  • Self-starter with excellent decision-making, organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well independently as well as with a team
  • Prior experience working with Microsoft Office

An Associate’s degree in an applicable program is preferred.
