Service Concierge/Porter/Shuttle Driver

Responsibilities

• Customer service skills are essential.
• Work closely with the Service Advisors and Service Director to ensure all vehicles are where they are supposed to be and the service drive is clear and not chaotic.
• Transport customers to and from their destination in a professional and safe manner.
• Aid passengers in and out of the shuttle while maintaining a timely shuttle route without delays.
• Maintain and monitor shuttle vehicle maintenance and fuel levels.
• Run errands for the dealership as directed.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers at all times.
• Employ good judgment, safe driving skills, and abide by all traffic regulations.
• Notify the service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance.
• Perform light janitorial duties and assist in maintaining the coffee/water bar in the customer waiting area.
• Help greet customers upon arrival and assist them in getting checked in.
• Install protective elements to customer's vehicles such as paper floor mats, plastic seat covers.
• Help organize and stage vehicles to go into the service shop.

• Professional appearance and work ethic - must adhere to company policies on hygiene and appearance for customer-facing employees.
• Excellent driving skills and a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• A consistent record of achieving or over-achieving goals.
• Extraordinary communication skills and superior customer service skills.
• A positive outlook with a high-energy personality.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
