About the role
Beaver Chevrolet seeks a Service Concierge/Greeter who will welcome customers into the guest lounge area and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival in the lounge area and on service drive
- Assist customers as needed with the utmost customer service
- Lead by example and be an advocate for staff
- Handle inbound service appointment requests in a prompt and professional manner
- Be a liaison between customers and the service department
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills

- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to respond quickly and appropriately to difficult situations
- Professional in appearance and conduct
- Must be able to count and balance money
