About the role
As a Pat Milliken Ford Service Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership and will set the tone for providing the ultimate customer experience at Pat Milliken Ford. Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for handling busy call volume, answering customer questions and setting appointments as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Assist the fast-paced service team
- Greet customers as they enter the dealership
- Ensure a smooth transition of all service functions
- Answer incoming service calls
- Aid in order processing, research, follow-up, and forecasting
- Act as a liaison between Service Managers and Service people
- Process payments for our Service Department
- Scan paperwork
Requirements
- Superior customer service attitude
- Prior experience in a fast-paced service industry
- Positive energy to greet customers, quickly identify their needs and communicate with the salespeople
- High motivation to work in automotive
- Ability to work within a team, maintaining focus and attention to detail at all times
