Service Cashier

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Process customer payments accurately using dealership systems.
  • Balance daily cash drawer and credit card transactions.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Absorb and assist with scheduling service appointments as needed.
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming cashier area.
  • Review repair orders for accuracy before closing transactions.
  • Absorb and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Communicate with customers regarding completed repairs and payment options.
  • Absorb and help ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression of Edmond Hyundai.

Qualifications

  • Previous cashier, receptionist, customer service, or dealership experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable working with computers and learning dealership software.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Dependable with excellent attendance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule Requirements

Applicants must be available to work any of the Service Department operating hours: Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Rotating Saturday schedule may apply.
