Service Cashier
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process customer payments accurately using dealership systems.
- Balance daily cash drawer and credit card transactions.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Absorb and assist with scheduling service appointments as needed.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming cashier area.
- Review repair orders for accuracy before closing transactions.
- Absorb and assist with administrative tasks.
- Communicate with customers regarding completed repairs and payment options.
- Absorb and help ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression of Edmond Hyundai.
Qualifications
- Previous cashier, receptionist, customer service, or dealership experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working with computers and learning dealership software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Dependable with excellent attendance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Schedule Requirements
Applicants must be available to work any of the Service Department operating hours: Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Rotating Saturday schedule may apply.
