Service - Business Development and Mobile Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Aid in internet-based business development lead management
• Utilize CRM daily to log incoming traffic
• Generate appointments and quotes through proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management
• Absorb customers in appropriate vehicle selection – act as the product expert and sounding board
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online

Qualifications

• Comfortable texting and emailing with customers daily
• Enter leads into our CRM daily
• Answer customer calls daily
• Exhibit superior communication skills, both oral and written
• Show outstanding organizational skills
