About the role
The Service Business Analyst II plays a crucial role in supporting the remote service offices across North America. They are responsible for providing training, developing reports and dashboards, and participating in process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Provide training on Salesforce and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) best practices and support for the field service offices
- Develop Salesforce Reports and Dashboards
- Supports Contract Lifecyle Management (CLM) workflows and template updates
- Participates in the development of training materials, facilitates trainings, and supports change management initiatives relating to the service channel
- Establishes awareness of business process and technology solution best practices for the Service Sales Process
- Gathers and supports business requirements for enhancements and change requests for Service
- Participates in engaging with the business customers on business processes and practices associated with the Service Sales Process leveraging Salesforce.com, Salesforce Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Collects and analyzes data and information from business users to understand how systems can solve business problems and identifies opportunities for process improvement
- Participates in the production and review (from content to final draft) of user guides, training classes, and other end-user documentation for applications and processes
- Forges a network of beneficial relationships with all levels within the organization and customers in the Service channel establishing mutual trust
- Initiates and develops working relationships with internal groups
- Interacts with third parties including application service providers and partners
- Other duties as assigned (35% travel requirement for this role)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- 5+ years of professional experience supporting a sales and service environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Project
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Reports, dashboards, and intricate knowledge of how the platform can be utilized
- Contract Lifecycle Management Experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience supporting a sales and service environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio and Project
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce.com, Reports, dashboards, and intricate knowledge of how the platform can be utilized
- Contract Lifecycle Management Experience
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and CLM
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $73,300k - $120,700k in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
