Service Bartender - Coastal Credit Union Music Park

About the role

The Service Bartender provides exceptional guest service while working collectively and cooperatively in the Premium Service Department, specifically in Bars, Suites, In-Seat, or Restaurant environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service to team members and patrons.
• Deliver timely, efficient, and accurate beverage service.
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes while maintaining liquor controls per company policy.
• Set up, maintain, and clean workstations.
• Comply with all product handling and inventory policies and procedures.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with TIPS training and Legends Alcohol Awareness Policy.
• Perform assigned opening and closing duties.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area.
• Demonstrate knowledge of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Must be able to read, speak, and write in English to communicate with guests.
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10–30 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds).
• Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Sufficient mobility to perform tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Two to three years of experience in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant.
• Practice safe work habits and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
