About the role

Southern States Toyotalift is seeking experienced Forklift Technicians to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in forklift operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair forklift issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and service on forklifts.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse management and other departments.
• Keep records of maintenance activities and submit reports as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of experience in forklift operations and maintenance.
• Knowledge of forklift models and components.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include certification in forklift operation and maintenance.

Skills

• Forklift operation and maintenance.
• Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical manuals.
• Use of hand tools and power tools.

Pay
