Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to set and achieve goals, facilitate vendor communication, and support sales initiatives.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve solar-related issues effectively.
• Contact solar manufacturers to run diagnostics and submit warranty claims on behalf of the customer.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
• Add new customers and relevant information to the CRM system (Sunbase).
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM to ensure accurate and current information.
• Answer scheduling inquiries via email and phone.
• Handle the processing tasks for completed work orders on OneDrive and upload scheduled dates and work orders to 3rd party portals.
• Perform other administrative tasks when required

Qualifications

• A positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Excel, and Word.
• Previous experience in customer service and familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
