Service Assistant - Bobby Rahal Acura

About the Role

In this position, most of your day is spent backing up other team members in our busy Service department with important tasks like handling cashiering duties so clients can pay their service invoices, answering phones to help clients schedule service appointments, processing warranty claims, and providing general administrative support. This role is a great starting point for individuals wishing to eventually grow their career and become a Service Advisor. Our team members believe that integrity matters! We pride ourselves on being honest and transparent in all aspects of our business. If something does not have value, we will not offer it to our clients.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday - Friday from 7am to 4pm
• Hourly Rate of Pay: $17.00

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong phone and computer skills
• Ability to spend a large part of your workday seated at a desk
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Automotive / dealership experience preferred
