Service Assistant

About the role

North High Brewing is looking for exceptional Server Assistants to join our fast-growing team! You'll be working in a restaurant with creatively classic dishes, drinks, and craft beers alongside a crew of amazing people.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Promptly clear and reset tables to ensure quick turnover and cleanliness.
• Aid servers with delivering food, beverages, and condiments as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, chairs, and service stations.
• Support guest needs with a friendly, proactive attitude.
• Restock supplies such as napkins, silverware, and glassware.
• Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
• Uphold sanitation and safety standards in all tasks.
• Jump in where needed—whether it’s helping with a large party or lending a hand during peak hours.

Requirements

• Ability and willingness to maintain flexible work schedules, as weekend and extended workdays are necessary.
• Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs.
• Must have a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, walk, use hands to finger, grasp, handle or feel, push, pull, reach, crouch, kneel, crawl or bend, and perform repetitive motions of the hands and/or wrists. (Indoor & Outdoor)
• Must be able to carry up to 30lbs.

• Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organized space.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
