Responsibilities

• Prepare your station using company checklists and maintain a positive attitude throughout your shift.
• Keep work areas stocked with tableware, dishes, and supplies to ensure smooth service flow.
• Follow departmental checklists and standard operating procedures for opening, mid-shift, and closing tasks.
• Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready dining and work areas.
• Restock and reset tables quickly to minimize guest wait times.
• Communicate with servers, food runners, and managers to keep service running seamlessly.
• Assist with food running and carryout orders as needed.
• Greet guests warmly and provide helpful information about food, wine, and facilities.
• Go beyond expectations to create comfortable, welcoming, and polished guest experiences.
• Support team members wherever needed to ensure a successful shift.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Energy and positivity with a love for hospitality
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for extended periods
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays
• A team mindset and willingness to communicate clearly
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
