About the role

At Cooper’s Hawk, Service Assistants are the behind‑the‑scenes champions who keep the dining room running smoothly and help create memorable moments for every guest. You will keep the space ready for guests, support the team with seamless service, and bring Uncompromising Hospitality to life.

Responsibilities

• Show Up Ready
  • Come prepared, stay sharp, and start strong.
  • Start every shift with a positive attitude and prepare your station using company checklists.
  • Stay stocked on tableware, dishes, and supplies to keep the service flowing.
  • Follow departmental checklists and standard operating procedures for opening, mid‑shift, or closing.
• Own What You See
  • Take responsibility, jump in, and do what needs to be done.
  • Keep the dining room and work areas clean, organized, and guest‑ready.
  • Restock and reset tables quickly so guests are welcomed without delay.
• Stay in Sync
  • Communicate often, move with your team, and keep service flowing.
  • Coordinate with servers, food runners, and managers to ensure seamless service.
  • Help with food running and carry‑out orders whenever needed.
• Make It Personal
  • Be genuine, listen well, and tailor each experience.
  • Greet guests with warmth and a friendly attitude.
  • Answer questions about food, wine, and facilities.
• Add a Touch
  • Go beyond the expected to create memorable moments.
  • Keep the dining experience comfortable, welcoming, and polished.
  • Jump in to help wherever needed so every shift feels like a team win.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Energy and positivity with a love for hospitality
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for extended periods
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays
• A team mindset and willingness to communicate clearly
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
