Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage small-scale service, controls, and retrofit projects from concept through completion.
- Identify and develop project opportunities within our existing client base; prepare and present proposals and estimates.
- Act as a key point of contact for service clients—understanding needs, resolving issues, and building trust.
- Provide real-time technical and troubleshooting support to field service technicians, especially on hybrid mechanical/controls issues.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and controls teams to deliver successful outcomes across varied project types.
- Participate in cross-training to build well-rounded expertise in both mechanical systems and controls.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in mechanical systems OR building controls.
- Strong foundational understanding of HVAC service, repair, and retrofits.
- Willingness and aptitude to grow into a hybrid mechanical/controls role.
- Proven project management and/or technical sales experience.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.
