Service Apprentice Technician

Job Description

Rite-Hite Service Technicians install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. They also act as a technical resource for both customers and the sales force.

Required Experience

• Some prior mechanical or electrical experience is helpful.
• Must be able to work independently in a field environment.
• Good customer service skills are required.
• Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds is necessary.
• A pre-employment drug test and clean driving record are required, as well as a DOT physical.
