About the role
For over 100 years, Monaco Ford has been committed to delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our customers. We're looking for a customer-focused professional to join our Service Department as our Service Appointment & Mobile Service Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
- Greet customers and assist with service-related questions
- Follow up on online appointment requests and customer voicemails
- Confirm upcoming appointments and help maintain an accurate service schedule
- Cookordinate appointments and daily routes for our Mobile Service Technician
- Aid in vehicle pick-up and delivery scheduling
- Help stock and organize the Mobile Service vehicle
- Provide outstanding customer service while supporting the Service Department with additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a customer-facing role preferred
