Service and Sales Technician Trainee

About the role

This is a hands-on route position supporting restaurants and commercial kitchens while managing your own customer route.

Responsibilities

• Service customers within Connecticut and New York
• Restock chemical products
• Perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashers
• Build strong customer relationships using a company vehicle

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Benefits

• Annual pay range is $60-$65k annually with hourly rate of $24/hr with overtime and on call bonuses
• Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM, typical work week of 40-45 hours
• On-call rotation: Roughly every 6-7 weeks
