Our Service and Delivery Drivers are responsible for delivering excellent service to our customers by delivering product in a professional and safe manner using company vehicles, and assisting with the general maintenance and organization of inventory within the warehouse. This full‑time Warehouse Delivery Driver position can lead to career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner within TBC policies.
• Pick, stage and load trucks as requested.
• Understand and adhere to DOT regulations, including hours of service requirements.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and operating procedures.
• Adhere to pre‑determined route sequencing when delivering tires/equipment to customers.
• Securely handle COD (cash or check) when applicable, per company COD policy.
• Maintain a clean, safe and secure vehicle and work area.
• Provide customer service based on our People‑Focused values.
• Wear a clean, laundered uniform provided by NTW.
• Operate various material handling equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested or needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience; box truck or delivery experience preferred.
• 1+ years of no at‑fault accidents and a clean motor vehicle record.
• Current driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle classes driven during company business.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT certificate while operating an NTW vehicle.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb repeatedly while bending and twisting, and occasionally lift more than 50 lb.
• Complete Driver Vehicle Inspection reports as required by company policy and DOT regulations.
• Abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws.

Compensation

• Starting pay: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
• Sign‑on bonus: $1,000.
