Service Advisor -LAKE PLEASANT

Responsibilities
- Follow company standards for welcoming customers and checking them in for service, gathering information, and explaining products and services offered.
- Assist customers with inquiries about their vehicles and write service tickets to specification.
- Inform customers of detailing packages and sell additional services based on their needs or wants.
- Recommend and introduce new products and services.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure prompt, courteous, and effective assistance.
- Communicate with customers from initial contact through completion of maintenance, exceeding customer expectations.
- Promote a clean, safe, and healthy experience for guests.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High-volume sales experience.
- Comfortable explaining product knowledge to customers.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Positive "team-player" attitude with friendliness, enthusiasm, and reliability.

Requires the ability to interact with others, interpret spoken messages, and utilize reason to resolve problems. Requires prolonged periods of standing, walking, frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, mobility on uneven surfaces, squeezing, and crouching. Requires frequent lifting and carrying of 1-25 pounds (occasional up to 50 pounds).

Pay
Base Pay: $15.00 – $16.00/hour + Commissions. The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on relevant experience and geographic location.
