About the role
The Service Advisor - Fixed Operations Consultant provides consulting services and customer support for Service Price Guides (SPG) and Advanced Service products. This role helps increase revenue in the back end of a dealership through interaction with internal departments and dealership employees.
Responsibilities
- Interact with Reynolds internal departments and dealership employees to deliver high level customer service and support related to SPG and/or Advanced Service products.
- Custom implementation of SPG and Advanced Service products.
- Diagnose issues and promote sales opportunities.
- Provide "just in time" consulting to enhance dealership operations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working in either the Parts or Service Department (Service Advisor, Technician, Warranty Administrator, or Parts Counterperson).
- Experience with Microsoft Office Applications.
- Reynolds ERA/POWER experience a plus.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
