About the Role

We're looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-volume Service Department in Portland, OR. As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the bridge between our customers and technicians, helping ensure a smooth and positive service experience from vehicle check-in through delivery. If you excel at communication, customer service, and selling maintenance and repair recommendations, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Drive the sale of technicians' time to meet the department’s sales forecast.
• Prioritize required services and be prepared to provide options upon request.
• Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
• Ensure the customer has a positive dealership experience.

Requirements

• 1+ years of service writing experience.
• Prior CDK experience is strongly recommended.
• A desire to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
