Responsibilities
- Greet service guests warmly on the drive, listen to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document symptoms on repair orders
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians, delivering clear updates regarding vehicle inspections, required repairs, and maintenance needs
- Provide transparent cost estimates, explain the value and safety of recommended services, and obtain proper customer authorizations
- Manage the workflow of customer vehicles to ensure timely completion and a smooth pickup experience
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience that maintains our high customer satisfaction standards
Requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultation skills
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities to handle a busy service drive
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive service sales is preferred
- Strong computer skills (experience with dealership CDK DMS/scheduling software is a plus)
- Must have a valid PA driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screen
