Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Manage and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Conduct thorough vehicle diagnostics and repairs
- Train and mentor other service advisors
Requirements
- Proven track record of high performance in a service environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Automotive repair certification preferred
