Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage and schedule appointments for vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Communicate effectively with customers about their vehicles' needs and repair options
• Perform diagnostic tests and recommend appropriate repairs
• Work closely with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of experience in automotive service or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment
• Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and common issues
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
