Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist with questions and service needs.
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds, document concerns, and gather information to help technicians diagnose and repair vehicles.
- Assess customer vehicle needs by discussing concerns, reviewing maintenance history, and recommending appropriate services.
- Prioritize service recommendations and discuss future maintenance needs with customers.
- Schedule service appointments and collect customer and vehicle information.
- Educate customers on vehicle care, maintenance, and operating features.
- Provide knowledgeable answers regarding vehicle functions and service recommendations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive service experience.
- Prepare service paperwork, process payments, and explain invoices.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the dealership positively.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients and projects.
- Knowledge of automotive repair and service terminology.
- Proficiency in service management software and basic computer skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have a clean driving record.

Pay
$50,000 – 100,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-Time.
