Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet customers and walk-in clients
- Schedule and coordinate commercial tire service appointments and roadside service requests
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication
- Identify opportunities to expand services and increase customer retention
- Prepare estimates, service recommendations, and invoices
- Aid in developing and growing a book of business within the Lake Charles market
- Operate and support daily shop and field operations to ensure efficient workflow
- Collaborate closely with technicians to ensure quality service delivery
- Aid in onboarding and training new team members as the location grows
- Help resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in commercial tire service, fleet maintenance, transportation, automotive service, or a related industry
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor, Dispatcher, Account Manager, or Operations Coordinator preferred
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing service schedules, work orders, and customer communications
- Knowledge of commercial tires, fleet operations, or heavy-duty transportation
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with computer systems, service management software, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a growing team
- Valid driver's license required
