Service Advisor

About the role
The Service Advisor serves as the main contact between customers and our service shop. You will sell services, conduct visual safety inspections of customer vehicles, and ensure all customer needs are correctly addressed.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and the service department
- Sell services to customers
- Perform visual safety inspections of customer vehicles
- Ensure all customer needs are accurately addressed
Requirements
- One year of experience in service roles, sales, or customer service
- Must pass background and criminal records check, physical exam, and drug screen
