Responsibilities
- Oversight of the Service Lane flow
- Prompt and courteous greeting of customers
- Ownership of the customer's experience through additional assignments
- Concierge support for all owner inquiries (phone and in person)
- Ensuring consistent sale of technicians' time to service customers
- Constant communication with customers regarding their vehicle status
- Maintaining adherence to processes and expectations/goals

- Previous Service Advisor experience
- Organized and friendly personality
- Sales and customer service skills
- Time management skills
- Fantastic communication skills with customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
