Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the Service Lane flow
• Prompt and courteous greeting of customers
• Ownership of the customer's experience through additional assignments
• Concierge support for all owner inquiries (phone and in person)
• Ensuring consistent sale of technicians' time to service customers
• Constant communication with customers regarding their vehicle status
• Maintaining adherence to processes and expectations/goals

• Previous Service Advisor experience
• Organized and friendly personality
• Sales and customer service skills
• Time management skills
• Fantastic communication skills with customers
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
