Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of the Service Lane
• Ensure that customers are greeted promptly and courteously
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that leave a positive impression
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to ensure customers are handled properly
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers
• Maintain constant communication with customers about the status of their vehicle
• Follow all processes and maintain expectations/goals

Requirements

• Previous Service Advisor experience
• Organized and friendly personality
• Sales and customer service skills
• Time management skills
• Fantastic communication skills with customers
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
