Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Establish follow-up time
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers
Requirements
- Two years + experience as a Service Advisor
- Possesses strong customer relations skills. Proficient at identifying and relating to the customer inquiry
- Personal values to align with company values of Integrity, Teamwork, Innovation, Respect, and Excellence
- A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus
