What You’ll Do as a Service Advisor

- Oversee Jobs from Start to Finish

- Place Handyman Connection Yard Signs at Every Job Site (With Permission)
- Attend Weekly Meetings with the Franchise Owner
- Represent Handyman Connection at Trade Shows & Events
What We’re Looking for in a Service Advisor
- Sales-Driven & Goal-Oriented
- Strong Customer Service & Relationship-Building Skills
- Experience in Home Services, Construction, or Remodeling (Preferred)
- Proficiency with Estimating Software & Business Tools
- Hightly Organized & Detail-Oriented
- Ability to Work Independently & Manage Time Well
- Comfortable Handling Objections & Negotiations
- Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation

$50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
About the Role
At Handyman Connection, our Service Advisors (SAs) are at the heart of our sales and project management process. You’ll meet with homeowners, provide in-home estimates, book jobs, and oversee projects to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, enjoys working with customers, understands home repair & remodeling, and has a strong sales background. You’ll work directly with craftsmen and customers, ensuring that every project runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
