About the role
As the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process, you’ll translate technical repair information into clear, confident communication that earns trust and sets accurate expectations. You’ll build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise made to the guest.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests from write-up to delivery

- Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise made to the guest
- Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule
- Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle value
- Deliver a consistent, professional pickup and delivery experience that keeps guests coming back
- Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold all documentation and compliance standards
- Represent Gresham Toyota and our hospitality standard in every guest interaction
Requirements
- 1+ year of service advisor experience in a franchised dealership (required)
- Toyota or import brand experience a strong plus—familiarity with Toyota service processes and systems is an advantage
- Track record of strong CSI and NPS performance and repeat guest relationships
- Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred
- Clear, composed communicator—able to manage high volume accurately without losing attention to the guest experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- A hospitality mindset—you treat every guest interaction like it matters, because it does

Pay
OTE of $40,000 - $120,000 annually
