Responsibilities
- Greet customers and promptly assist with their service needs
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
- Communicate effectively with technicians regarding vehicle repairs
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations
- Review completed work and ensure customer satisfaction upon delivery
- Build long-term relationships that drive customer loyalty and retention
- Maintain high performance goals for sales, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and productivity
Requirements
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to build trust and create exceptional customer experiences
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- CDK experience is a plus
