Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the service lane to ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Own the customer experience by going the extra mile to create a lasting, positive impression.
- Provide concierge-level support for customer inquiries, whether in-person or over the phone.
- Communicate repairs, costs, and timelines clearly and professionally.
Requirements
- At least one year as an automotive Service Advisor in the last 5 years.
- Strong communication and time management skills, customer-focused personality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check & drug screening
