Description

The Service Advisor position at Sullivan Tire is customer service focused. Responsibilities include greeting customers, fulfilling their needs, building a loyal customer base, fostering a positive and friendly environment, providing product information, scheduling appointments, and handling tire and auto service needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience in a retail environment
• Strong telephone skills
• Understanding of the tire and auto service industry (plus)
• Dependable transportation
• Prior sales experience in an automotive environment (plus)
