Service Advisor

Description

Guaranty Chevrolet is entering an exciting new chapter under new ownership and department leadership. We're looking for an experienced Service Advisor to help build something great in a dealership with a long-standing reputation and a future-focused team.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for express customers, assisting with service inquiries and appointment scheduling
• Recommend services and repairs based on customer needs, vehicle history, and manufacturer guidelines
• Provide accurate estimates and follow through on the completion of services
• Communicate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs
• Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and addressing concerns
• Build long-term customer relationships and foster loyalty
