About the role
Responsible for providing high-quality customer service, performing diagnostic tests, and assisting customers in vehicle repairs.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and schedule follow-up appointments as necessary.
- Keep detailed records of all work performed and communicate with other departments as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- At least 2 years of automotive repair experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Proficient in using diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
