Position Overview Quirk Auto is currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our busy service department. This is an exciting opportunity to begin a career at the best dealership group in New England! Key Required Proficiencies Greets customers in a timely, friendly mannerWriting Repair Orders and explaining chargesPerforming vehicle walk around and documentation of customer concernsProvides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and partsCheck the progress of repair throughout the dayContacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or time impactsMaintains strong customer satisfactionAdvises customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturer's specificationsFollows all Quirk safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor Preferred Skills Prior sales experience preferred but not requiredHigh School Diploma or College Degree preferred but not requiredExperience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activitiesExcellent interpersonal skillsPositive attitude and strong willingness to learnStrong computer skills Benefits Offered Health, Dental/Vision, 401K, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance and Critical Illness Insurance.
