Service Advisor

Position Summary

MCI is North America's public and private market motor coach leader. Products include the luxury J-Series, the workhorse D-Series, and the new zero-emission luxury and commuter coaches: the battery-electric J4500 CHARGE™ and MCI D45 CRT LE CHARGE™. MCI also provides maintenance, repair, 24-hour roadside assistance, parts, and technician training through the industry's only ASE accredited MCI Academy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Greets customer and process check-in paperwork ensuring customer is comfortable at all times
• Communicates with the customer, in person or on the phone, on status of estimate, changes and up-selling
• Opens, changes and closes repair orders
• Administers and determines warranty claims
• Advises customers
• Formalizes all estimates from the shop for presentation to the customer

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• 5 years service operations and customer service preferably in automobile dealership in a service writer role
• Strong organizational and PC skills
• Basic knowledge of motor coach repair
• High School diploma required

SALARY RANGE

$80,000 - $82,500 Annually
