Service Advisor
General
You will coordinate service work for existing customers, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Client Services, Production, and Engineering teams to align service priorities. You will maintain accurate customer data and service records in software systems. You will take ownership of client issues, ensuring timely resolution and proactive communication. You will develop and maintain service procedures, policies, and standards. You will assist with outbound service sales activities, including list building, outreach, and meeting scheduling.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience: Previous experience in client services, operations, or service coordination, with exposure to or involvement in vehicle maintenance and repair activities
- Performance: Able and willing to provide world-class service to all stakeholders
Talents & Abilities
- Demonstrated strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite common business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Asana or similar)
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 20+ lbs repeatedly throughout the workday
- Comfortable standing, bending, and moving in a fast-paced environment
- Strong awareness of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe workspace

Salary & Benefits
- 80 PTO hours available after the first 60 days of service
