Greet service department customers promptly and courteously upon arrivalListen to customers and clearly translate repair needs to our service techniciansMaintain vehicle records by recording service and repairsProvide accurate repair/maintenance estimates and time framesAdhere to policies on vehicle care and operationFollow up on each repair and keep customers informed of the progressUpdate product knowledge as required by Milton Martin Honda and HondaInspect repair quality and ensure all work is completeReview and explain repairs and associated costs as well as any warranty coverage with customersHandle minor customer concerns and complaintsKeep the Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problemsMaintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Scores in accordance with dealership standards Job Requirements & Qualifications Excellent communication,Excellent interpersonal, organizational and customer service skillsSelf-starter and self-motivatedStrong understanding of automotive technologyAbility to work in a fast-paced and process-driven environmentValid Georgia driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle report.Must consent to background and drug screening. Education And/or Experience High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Working Environment & Physical Demands Duties are performed throughout the dealer premises, both indoors and outdoors. Work includes frequent movement around the company facilities and the outdoor car lot to move vehicles. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and is frequently required to stand, walk, and sit. The position requires regular and predictable attendance. Scheduled shifts will include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.
