Average compensation for this position is $60,000 with top performers earning $150,000 Experience & Qualifications Needed Valid driver’s licenseand clean driving record1-3years ofprogressiveexperience in auto service is preferred but notrequiredConsistent record of service and sales successStrong record of positive customer satisfaction resultsTeam-oriented and self-motivatedAbleto work independently Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities: Greet customers and guide them through the service process with confidence, professionalism, and a focus on building long-term relationships.Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly, with the goal of increasing closing ratios and maximizing service sales.Consistently follow up with customers for approvals and updates, creating urgency,and trust throughtimelycommunication.Collaborate with technicians to ensureaccuratediagnoses and estimates are conveyed to customers.Own the customer experience from drop-off to delivery, ensuring every interaction ends with satisfaction and repeat business.Track performance metrics like sales totals and closing ratios to drive continuous improvement.
