Responsibilities
- Oversight of service orders and flow in Drive Lane.
- Ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service to customers.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience through additional assignments.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries.
- Distribute technicians' time efficiently to sell to service customers.
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
- Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
- Diagnose vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.
- Administer warranty claims and train/supervise service department staff.
- Enforce company policies and adhere to standards.
- Foster compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain positive relationships with factory(s) and employees.
