Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with technicians to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery.
  • Prepare service estimates and explain repair options to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards satisfactory resolutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Basic understanding of automotive services and repairs is an advantage.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience as a service advisor or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with automotive software and tools.
  • Certifications related to customer service or automotive knowledge.
