Responsibilities
- Greet and assist service clients professionally and warmly
- Correctly quote and explain recommended repairs and maintenance
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the repair process
- Cookordinate effectively with technicians and internal teams
- Manage workflow and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Handle warranty and service contract submissions accurately
- Ensure documentation and repair orders are completed properly
- Deliver a high-level customer experience from start to finish
- Help contribute to a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture
