Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the dealership
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately diagnose their vehicle's issues
- Provide customers with detailed explanations of recommended repairs and services
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and services
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
- Work closely with the service team to ensure that repairs are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office and dealership management systems
- Valid driver's license
