About the role
As a Service Advisor at Land Rover Darien, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, you will be the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. Your responsibilities include scheduling appointments, reviewing service histories, communicating important information about vehicle maintenance and repairs, and providing accurate cost estimates.Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage customer service appointments
- Review and communicate service histories to customers
- Provide accurate cost estimates for vehicle service and repairs
- Relay important information about vehicle maintenance and repairs to customers
- Ensure customers have a world-class service experience at every step of their ownership journey
- Provide an unparalleled level of knowledge and technical expertise to help customers understand and approve their maintenance requirements, repair orders, and cost estimates
- Connect with customers about their vehicle questions in a professional manner that reflects understanding, clarity, accuracy, and courtesy
