Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally
• Gather customer and vehicle information accurately
• Clearly document vehicle concerns and symptoms described by customers
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle age, mileage, and service history
• Prepare accurate estimates for labor and parts
• Communicate repair timelines and establish follow-up expectations
• Monitor vehicle progress throughout the day and provide regular customer updates
• Ensure repair orders and final invoices accurately reflect completed work
• Review completed repairs and charges with customers in a clear and professional manner
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the service process

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an automotive Service Advisor role
• Automotive dealership experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• CSI/customer satisfaction focused
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
